As of August 2020, we are shifting focus to ensure all of our packaging and shipping materials do not contribute to our carbon footprint! Depending on the size of your order, you will receive packaging that is either completely compostable + biodegradable, or completely recyclable! All orders that fit into poly-mailers will be shipped with completely compostable materials. The mailers, shipping labels, packaging tape (water-activated), and clear bags will all biodegrade when placed in a composting environment within a few weeks. Larger orders will be packaged in completely recyclable material, including cardboard boxes, recyclable labels, water-activated tape, and paper wrapping! We have successfully eliminated single-use plastics from all our packaging!
Did you know that approximately half of what households put into landfills is compostable material? While we encourage you to look into home composting, as it is great for the environment as a whole, these packages will also biodegrade on their own within 3-6 months. SHIPPING
We are lucky enough to finally be able to focus all hands on deck to getting shipments out weekly! With a more organized method of packaging and tracking inventory, we are able to order restocks consistently & make sure orders will not have to wait longer than 1-2 weeks to be shipped. If there are any delays, we will always make sure to contact you ahead of time! That being said, always feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns if it feels like things are taking too long!
